8Vision Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14651986, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and, where applicable, the OchoHub platform.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data — name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry topic and message contents when you contact us through this website. Enquiries are processed through our own inquiry-management systems.
  • Account data — if you register for or use the OchoHub platform, the account and business information you provide there, which is covered in more detail by the OchoHub platform’s own privacy documentation.
  • Usage data — this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may record basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our products, meet legal obligations and, where you have agreed, send relevant communications. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business), performance of a contract (providing our products and services), legal obligation and, where applicable, consent.

4. Payment data

Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers, including Stripe where enabled. We do not store card or payment credentials; payment data is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies.

5. Where data is stored

Our products and enquiry-handling systems are hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Where personal data is processed outside the United Kingdom, transfers are protected by appropriate legal safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and payment providers), and where required by law.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Enquiry records are normally kept for up to two years after our last contact with you; account data is kept for the life of the account plus any period required by law (for example, for accounting records).

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise them, contact us at admin@8visiondigital.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
